When Titan, a household name since 1984, reached out to us, we knew we were in for something special. They asked us to work with their smartwatch division—spanning the trendy Fastrack and the iconic Titan brands. With 4 million smartwatches sold annually through their website and 1,100+ stores across India, we knew they needed standout sales collateral and customer support documentation.
But here’s the kicker: when we asked if they had a reference in mind, they said, “We want to create something so good that it becomes the template for other companies to follow.” Now that got our creative juices flowing.
Titan sent us samples of every watch, and we didn’t just look at them—we lived with them. We explored every feature, pushed every button, and tested every function. Our goal? To weave all that tech magic into instruction sets and stories that were clear, fun and easy to follow.
We then designed a clean, aesthetic design language that was highly functional and yet very easy on the eyes. With premium looking layouts that would set the tone for all of Titan’s future collateral, we began putting together each content piece.
